Review summary
The food was amazing and we ate at 5 of the specialty restaurants. Le Bistro, Cagney’s and Teppanyaki were our favorites . La Cucina was our least favorite. We loved all the entertainment on board, Burn the Floor was our favorite show. The dance lessons and Deal or No Deal were also fun to watch. Cozumel was our first port and our beach club, Mr. Sanchos, was an easy $16, 15 min taxi ride away. Nice place with great food and lots of activities. Second stop was Belize City and we opted for a snorkel trip to Cay Cauilker. Beautiful water and we had a blast swimming with the nurse sharks and sting rays, but the current here was strong so make sure you are a good swimmer. Harvest Key is incredible and so nice. We grabbed a free clamshell for shade with no problem and the pool areas have a swim up bar and are really nice. We ate tacos and guacamole at Land Shark and they were both tasty. Definitely do the Manatee cruise for $29 per person if you have the chance. It was very informative and they give you free rum punch! We were pleasantly surprised by our last port of Costa Maya with it’s great shopping areas, huge pool and free entertainment. There is even an area to swim with dolphins or watch them.We had great drinks and food with an incredible view of the ship too. We loved it so much we are going on the sister ship, the Getaway out of New Orleans again for Spring Break. Getting on and off the ship was super easy and everyone on the staff was very nice.Embarkation

Ship tip
Definitely use the Thermal Suite in the Spa. Super relaxing and a great way to unwind after a port day or on a sea day. Steam Room, Sauna, Salt Room, Jacuzzis, Heated Loungers all with an ocean view. So amazing!
