Review summary

All and all it was a nice cruise. Everyone was friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed in the condition of our suite. It really needs the living room refurbished. Will not sail the Breakaway again. NCL is still our favorite cruise line. :-)

WE were in biggest Haven suite on ship. Was not very clean and furniture should be replaced in living room. :(

Nice Haven suite. The living room furniture is worn and dirty. Size was great as well as balcony. Butler was very good. Snacks were not the quality they should be for a $13,000 suite. Couple days peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Felt like did not get out monies worth. The Garden Villa (Haven) in the "Jewel Class" is far better!!!! That is worth every penny of the cost. Will be in it in this fall on the Jewel. Been in it about 8 or 9 times on all already. Hard to beat. Service is the ultimate. Looking forward to that cruise. We only cruise NCL!

I always recommend bringing your own personal staff when cruising. That's what Muffy and I always do anyways. We've found that the help provided by the ship is just not up to the standards we have back at our estate. The Haven is usually adequate so I'm saddened to hear of your troubles, good to gear the cost was minimal at only $13k. If you are nautically inclined you should explore yachting, we've found great pleasure in taking out 76 foot cruiser; with the right help of course...
