Review summary

We probably will never cruise again. If we do we will be sure to go on a luxury cruise line. This left a lot to be desired. Loved hanging with our friends but didn’t love cruising.

Food and Dining

I barely saw any vegetables. The food was just ok. A lot of fried and unhealthy meals at the included restaurants. The one meal that I had that was really good was at the specialty sushi restaurant. The waiting staff in main dining hall was good, but food not so much.

Onboard Activities

Putt putt, basketball, rock climbing, ropes course was super fun for my kids 8,10,&12. I’m not giving activities a 5 because the pool situation was lacking for older kids. Only a splash pad area and no real swimming.

Entertainment

Shows and JC and crew were very good! Fun entertainment crew.

They were kind and the kids had fun. Ship was too crowded to use often.

Service and Staff

This is hard to group into one category. Steward gets 5 stars. He was fantastic!! But waitstaff/bartenders another story. We waited so very long for drinks and food at bars and osheehans. We tipped extra and it did not help at all. At one point we waited 45 minutes for our waiter to show, we gave him $20 and ordered food and drinks. He delivered them and never returned. We sat for a while playing cards and he just didn’t come back. Very disappointing. All with us used to be in service industry waiting or bartending and know the drill.

Ship Quality

Ship was nice. I was not happy with pools. Wanted more for my kids but lots of adult areas. Maybe they should have considered it was spring break.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had connected interior rooms. They were nice. Super duper rocky. We should have paid for a balcony but connecting balcony rooms was a lot. I would have flipped if I had spent that on this trip...not worth it!!
