BEEN ON A DOZEN CRUISES AND THIS WAS THE WORST AND MOST DISORGANIZED MESS EVER. WE FROZE IN A LONG OUTSIDE LINE FROM THE FRONT OF THE SHIP BECAUSE THEY WERE LETTING PEOPLE OFF FROM THE BACK AT THE SAME TIME AND THERE WAS A MAJOR GRIDLOCK AT THE DOOR TO THE BAGGAGE/ CUSTOMS AREA.

We have no control over weather conditions and consequences because of it. We do however have control over our views and reactions to events. That's why in a case like this some people would call it an adventure and others would strongly complain. I am sure it wasn't as bad as you describe it. Hope you have better experiences in the future. Happiness is in the eyes of the beholder.

So would you have preferred that they canceled your cruise entirely? The fact that the shows were the same would have been noted on their website so no harm/no foul there. The atrium is not going to get any larger and again that was well known in advance. You booked the cruise so in part those conditions are on you.
