We had a lot fun. 99.9% of the staff is awesome. I would go on the bliss again. They had plenty of food to choice from. The entertainment was great.

Fantastic ship! Had a great time. Very well staffed and they worked hard to satisfy everyone even the not so nice cruisers. Would sail NCL again and again!!!

Back home in Michigan from our first cruise, we just got off the NCL Bliss. My husband and I had a nice long wait in the a Miami Airport. 5 hours. We discussed it and rate our trip a strong 8 + out of ten. Things we loved Free style cruising, dress up or down, and felt very comfortable. The 3 Specialty Dining was included in our trip, but we only used one, Los Lobos. The service was great, the food was very nice, and the guacamole was great. We just prefer to not have to make reservations. We loved the Garden cafe, we had most of our meals there. Very nice selection. Turkey one night, prime rib two nights, grilled everything one night, bbq ribs ect one night. And a seafoods night. In addition to the main theme, they had a pasta station, burger/ hotdog/grilled chicken /French fries station. Indian cuisine, and a Mediterranean type food station. Cold-cuts, cheese, salad bars. There were many sides, desserts, and ice cream. Our stateroom, and room steward(Brian) beautiful... top to bottom Observation lounge 10 out of 10 Beautiful, plenty of seating, nice restrooms, and beautiful continental type breakfast, and lunches. Atrium, lovely, and always hopping with fun activities. (Could use more seating for the shows) Pool deck, a little too crowded on sea days, only able to use on port days. Did find as nice sun deck on 19, outside the Vibe club, and it was lively. My husband thinks there could be more bartenders at the pool bars, the waits could get a little long. I thought the water slides were great. Casino was fun with plenty of selection. (I won $200🤗) Crew was very attentive at guest services, if the lines got long, they would come to you while you were waiting, and see what’s they could help you with. Photo pkg great, BUY in advance, save big money, lots of photo opportunities, make sure to use them. $199 if you purchase in advance, includes 23 photos. If you wait to purchase on board, the same pkg will cost $503. Elevators were probably the biggest issue, with only two sets of elevators, it got crazy. Able bodied people should stairs when possible.(my opinion) Drink pkg well worth it . We also did the crew talent show, and farewell event. Very touching. Bingo, I played once, no luck. Loved the pull tabs. As far as the people saying you would be Nickle/ dimed to death: we spent a total of $200 out of pocket onboard(including $100 in singles, we took for tips). We payed all fees before sailing. No surprises at the end. Also if I could be negative for one minute. The rude people who don’t follow the rules, and allow their children in the adult only pool. Also let the brats eat,and slop their food on the deck, and deck chairs. Run the halls with drinks, and ice creams dripping on the carpeting. ( a few observations) There is no excuse for that. I wish the crew had the ability to crack down on these behaviors. The ship would remain beautiful for much longer. The crew worked so hard keeping up with the maintenance, dusting, wiping, sweeping endlessly. This is a parenting issue, we seem to be experiencing more often these days. This is the best I can do, but I’d gladly sail with NCL again Thank You.

Being a new ship, not that impressed with it. Never, saw the CD except the second day for five minutes at a meet and greet that we were at. Don’t like the fact that you have to reserve all the shows including the comedy. Not enough room for the games they should be done in the theater. We did not do any of the specialty dinning so can not say anything about that. The taste was great, service was great so was the food. The buffet was good for breakfast. The seafood night was nothing to write home about. Drinks were great! Rooms were kept clean, but we never saw our room steward. Over all it was a good cruise but we are rethinking the cruise line.

This was our first cruise ever and I would go back tomorrow. Or maybe in a few days after I stop rocking back and forth. Haha. Great experience and great sites. The biggest thing I want when I go on vacation is that the accommodations are nicer or at least the same as what I have at home. I was very comfortable the whole time and everything was clean, so my expirations were met with just that. Then add in the food, drinks, entertainment, views and weather and you have one excellent vacation. And that is what we had.

The ship was beautiful and still in like new condition.  The layout was unique which is one of the reasons I was attracted to it.  I am accustomed to Royal Caribbean's layout with the main promenade and wanted to try something new.  I typically take the stairs on a cruise ship but with so many floors I found I had to take the elevators more than usual - my room was on the 5th floor and the pool deck was on 16 which is quite a hike.  I did love the waterfront on deck eight but I wished that it circled the entire ship.  Overall the ship didn't feel crowded but I do think NCL wasted a lot of space on items that most passengers will never use.  The laser tag, go carts, and Haven are all spaces that have an associated fee, consuming a lot of space for relatively limited use.  I can't speak to the Haven but the other two are not always open and don't seem that popular.  This ship was also missing many of the standard  amenities like a sports court, rock wall, or shuffle board.  It does have miniature golf but it's very very small and the layout is horrible - be prepared to walk across the course to get to the first hole.  I can see how this would be an ideal ship for Alaska.  There are actually outdoor heaters in many spots and the observation & waterfront areas would make this my top choice for an Alaskan cruise.  The theater was probably the smallest I have seen on any ship including others of NCL's.  I think the intent was to offer multiple show times each day for the same event but it's nice to be able to walk in with out reservations which is close to impossible here.  I was happy I tried the Bliss but I don't think I am in a hurry to sail on a similar layout of ship.

Perfect and wouldn’t change a thing! I loved the staff and entertainment! Very clean ship! Job well done.

I will cruie again with Norwegian given the chance. They have amazing food and ameneties and bed is really comfortable. This ship is amazing and the crew is awesome.

Good ship but was a bit disappointed in the space for Caribbean. This ship lacked for warm water space. For a new ship was designed for cooler weather. Pools were so crowed not once did I get a chair even remotely close to the one and only pool. Most days not a chair to be found. The chairs were even so crowed up on the top decks took up the walk, jog paths so no outside exercise had to use the gym. Also I have to say the ship perhaps is a bit large for me 4300 people not enough space at all.

This was our first time on NCL. The Bliss is an absolutely beautiful ship. Although a tad bit smaller than we are used to, our balcony room was great. The food was good. We mainly ate at Taste but also tried Cagney’s and Teppanyaki. Both very good. We enjoyed Havana, Jersey Boys and the comedy shows. The downfall for me was there really wasn’t anything to do until late afternoon. I love hanging out by the pool, but unfortunately there were absolutely NO chairs to be found. The adult pool and the kids pool are on the same deck. Very chaotic. Also the elevators were ridiculous. We finally figured out that if you use the aft elevators you are much better off. We had so much fun in Tortola, St Thomas and Nassau.

The Bliss is a beautiful ship. Perfect for the cold weather of Alaska but less than perfect for warm weather Caribbean ports. No outdoor BBQs, less sun tan areas. The ship has Go Carts and Laser Tag if that's your thing.... Service was terrific, Staff friendly....

Pool area way to small and NCL failed again to enforce the 30 min towel rule limit on chairs. Ship was made for Alaska cruises and should stay on the west coast.

The ship is huge. If you like to party and drink; there is SO much to do on this ship. They have enough of venues to change the mood and have unique experiences, nightly. The drink menu varies from venue to venue. And, almost every bartender and waitstaff member was fun and energetic. Plenty to do and plenty to see....just on the ship.

The Haven experiences made the cruise for us. The private enclave within the ship is first class. It really separates the NCL from the rest. If you want to spend the extra bucks it’s worth it to us. Not necessary for most but it’s our second cruise on NCL in Haven and we will be back next year to do Alaska.

Lovely ship. Observation Lounge wonderful except for rude people sleeping on sofas as hogging chairs. It has its own bar and you can get food there too. If you’re lucky enough to get Vibe passes, enjoy the peacefulness. Great guys to serve you; Rommel, Michael and Carlos! Love the aft cabin. Great service throughout the ship. We love NCL so much we bought stock in the company.

Excellent travel experience on a beautiful cruise ship with few hiccups. First time experience on a “free time” cruise. We had the perks of dining and a drink package.

The best ship in the fleet if you like the big ships. The entertainment was excellent in our opinion and the food was outstanding in all venues. Best first day buffet with a huge amount of different taste. The ship is like a 10 star hotel so clean and fresh got everyone onboard and rooms open so early. The staff so friendly and hard working.

Very relaxing. A ship with a Captain that knew the history of the islands and let us know where to see the Hump Back Whales while sailing. He had enthusiasm and excitement. He was amazing.

There were some great times with our family on this voyage and some frustrating times in trying to navigate the ships design, posted regulations and lack of being able to participate fully.
