We were in a category B9 spa balcony. The room was nicely put together and cleaned. This room was quiet without noise from above and close to the spa. The observation lounge was easy to get to and the buffet was above that. The meals we had were all good with lots of options and the staff was always polite. I did not try the go karts or laser tag, but I did see the booked up fast. I would sail the Bliss again in a heart beat. My only thought it they say this ship was built for Alaska, but in reality there were a few features such as the observation lounge, but it would have been nice to have a solarium with and enclosed pool. The spa was awesome and treatments well done, but it is on the back of the ship and there were times I noticed the smell of exhaust creeping into the spa if the thermal suite doors were closed. This seemed to be something they are aware of, and the doors remained open.

First cruise!! After researching, I wanted to sail on the Bliss. Couldn't have been more pleased with ship, ports and excursions. I have definitely been bitten by the cruising bug!!😁

A balcony cabin was the best choice for me because i spent a great deal of time in my room. My priority on this cruise was relaxation, so lounging on the queen bed binging watching movies with the curtain pulled back on the balcony was perfect!

So many people to thank. Staff was attentive, hospitable, professional. Thermal Spa a definite, we spent at least 1.5 hrs a day. Food excellent, clean. Great great great YES AGAIN!!

Can't wait to cruise NCL again!!! We love the free-stye type of cruising!!

I wish we were given more time at most cruise ports. Very poor planning by NCL.

Overall we loved it, just wish the food and entertainment would be at the level of Royals, but would sail with NCL again, and we have already book 2 more.

This was a cruise to remember! Alaska was wonderful and I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely amazing trip to Alaska on the Bliss!!!

This is a beautiful ship with lots of awesome entertainment, Constant scenery outside with beautiful snowcapped mountains if you go the beginning to middle of may.

The Go Carts were much faster than I expected. Food in the restaurant's Cagney's, Q, Los Lobos and The Local was excellent. Enjoyed the large selection of craft beer in The District Brewhouse, it is also a good place to view the sites in Glacier Bay away from the overcrowded observation lounge.

Great time ncl was great we had great weather our whole trip

This was our very first cruise and we considered the Alaskan Cruise could not be matched. Going with the Haven experience was well worth our choice. Trip of a life time.

Do away with Victoria stop and spend full day in Ketchikan

Saw tons of wildlife from the ship. This was our family reunion and our group of 16 was accommodated at all the restaurants. Buffet is very crowded in the morning. One afternoon the only lunch option was the buffet - what a mad house.

THE LAY OUT WAS NOT THOUGHT OUT WELL. THEY PLACED GUEST SERVICES ON DECK 6 RIGHT BY ALL THE ENTERTAINMENT AND YOU CANT HEAR ANYTHING TO TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS. BESIDES THAT IT WAS A GREAT SHIP.

Enjoyed it a lot other than the smoking area(s) which I addressed above. Please don't make us smokers feel like 3rd class citizens. We deserve a little more respect.

Ship is very nice with a lot of cool activities like Go Kart, Laser Tag, Water slides. Lots of specialty restaurants and main dining rooms were great. The couple flaws I found were 1) Elevators were extremely slow or hard to get one. Only two banks of elevators forward and rear. No midship elevators 2) TV'S on board have very few channels with no espn or other sports options. What few channels they do have freeze up frequently making it difficult to watch. I know it's vacation and TV is a low priority, but would be nice to catch sports highlights /scores at the end of the night. Other than that Bliss was great. Crew extremely friendly, Embarkation/Disembarkation quick and easy.

It would have been much better if we hadn’t missed our flight in Calgary, flights there WERE ALL CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER, took a later morning flight to Calgary and missed embarkation in Los Angeles......got dinged $800.00 each because we did not get on in Los Angeles!!!😡

Will never sail on Bliss again. Many other better ships out there.
