Review summary

It would have been much better if we hadn’t missed our flight in Calgary, flights there WERE ALL CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER, took a later morning flight to Calgary and missed embarkation in Los Angeles......got dinged $800.00 each because we did not get on in Los Angeles!!!😡

Not good....missed our connection in Los Angeles.....embarkation in SAN Francisco (waited over an hour for someone to get us on the ship)...then told we have to pay $800.00 (!!!!) each for The so called “Jones Act!!!

It was a mini suite with a balcony...too cold on the balcony.....expected more room with a mini suite....bathroom was wonderful....don’t need all those extra shower jets.....

Ship tip

Book through the cruise line so you don’t get ripped off big time!

Sorry to hear of your experience with a canceled flight. That's why you always fly into your embarkation port the day before your cruise
