The Bliss remains a beautiful ship and the service is second to none. The onboard crew pull out all the stops everytime. It was busy but to be expected being thanksgiving. However we found our areas and never really felt crushed in, despite the ship being full. The Haven experience is well worth looking at as it opens up so much more like the Haven Courtyard & Pool, the Horizon Observation Lounge, Haven Restaurant and of course the services of the concierge and butler.

Would not cruise a ship this large ever again way too crowded

We love to cruise and see new places. I’m sorry for a mostly negative review. But, I think it’s important to tell the truth. If you like to be herded around, this is the ship for you. Would we do another 21 Day cruise? Absolutely!! Would we do another one on the bliss? No way!!! We have cruised almost 20 times. On big and small ships. We definitely prefer the smaller less crowded ships. There are so many people on the Bliss the staff don’t have time to give service.

We loved this cruise. It was our first time free styling and loved it. It wasn’t as personal, as when you have the same wait staff nightly, but there was so much to do and see we will defy go Norwegian again. Highly recommended.

We actually loved cruising this time of year! It was warm but not hot and humid. It was fun being on the ship for Halloween. Would definitely do this cruise again on this ship!

I enjoyed and will travel with Norwegian again but a slightly smaller ship. The Bliss is like being at the mall on Christmas Eve there are so many people.

Love the Mexican Rivera. People nice and usually not pushy to sell. Weather usually good.

It would be really nice if you people had us on the actual cruise we took in October. That was on Royal Princess.

This cruise was a gift from my husband for my birthday and I had a fantastic time. The ship is beautiful. I lived the observation deck, the waterside, the pool, the entertainment and the food. This was my second cruise, the first being this last January on the Breakaway and I love the Norwegian Free Style cruising. Looking forward to 16 day Panama Canal next November on the Bliss. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Our cruise was mostly about the boys. Ages 18 and 15. We picked this cruise for the ship and the ports. All were a great time and beat all expectations we had. The boys had a lot of fun on the track and all the water slides. They both used the gym and ate like crazy! The food was really good with a wide variety to choose from. Our room was clean and comfortable and was plenty big enough for all of us. It was nice having a balcony but we really didn’t use it. The ship has so many nice areas to relax and have a nice time on sea days that you really don’t stay in your room at all. We’ve already booked our next cruise and we are counting down the days already!

We really enjoyed the Bliss. This was my 3rd cruise, my husband’s first. We were traveling with family and friends. I have traveled NCL and Carnival. I really like NCL, it’s fun but not super wild party mode the entire time. I get the spa package and I love it, although it was way more crowded this time and louder and less relaxing than on the Escape. I also got the Vibe Beach Club this time. I really liked that a lot. I enjoyed knowing I had a reserved place to go each day. The cabana was pretty sweet. The food was pretty good. I wrote separate reviews for each place I ate. Overall The experience was fantastic. Based on reviews I had read I was worried about the ship being overcrowded. Other than the spa, it really wasn’t bad. Expect the buffet to be busy; especially during peak hours. The main pools are pretty busy too. But if you want quiet, you can usually find a spot to relax.

Pro...Beautiful massive ship with so much to do. The Observation Lounge and wrap around deck will, at times, give you lots of room to breath, even with so many passengers. Drink package is a must and well worth it. Con...Food and service not as good I've had on a majority of my cruises. I'm holding judgement until my second NCL cruise next month. I'm not expecting levels of a Viking cruise, but I was hoping to match Celebrity and surpass Royal. Cagney's on this ship was awful. We'll never forget the golf ball sized hole in my wife's wine glass nor the chef and waiter not understanding how to crust a steak with blue cheese.

Had such a great time with family Studio cabins and the studio lounge were nice. Most everything takes place on 6,7 and 8; casino, atrium, shopping, and restaurants, except for the buffet.

It was fun, relaxed, and adventurous vacation. The ship was tremendous and great port of call excursions. I love it. And I am anticipate to do it again.

Aboslutely loved norwegian, cant wait for our next cruise. The staff, the food, the entertainment were all unreal. We never expected everything to be of such a high standard.

Good food, good entertainment but lots of regulations and the host not very involved like other cruises we have been at. Lots of ugly baching other cruise lines. Doesn't look good on Norwegian.

Relax was what we wanted to do. We knew that the Bliss is over X amounts of passengers.

Overall, excellent experience. I really enjoyed the cruise. Staff was excellent.
