Weather was basically bad. One day at sea and at Juneau was horrible. Was so foggy could not see any glaciers while sailing the fjords. Saw no wildlife except for some dead salmon and seagulls. Had to take more adventures tour to enjoy the sites. Nice ship, food and entertainment. If you are a senior with limited mobility, I suggest you choose a different itinerary.

Liked a lot about this cruise but the evening entertainment left much to be desired. Having cruised Norwegian many times I have enjoyed diverse entertainment including shows, comedians, and other variety acts including Blue Man Group. This cruise lacked the diversity we are accustomed to, having 2 Broadway Musical style shows, neither being very good. The one, Jersey Boys, was rated ages 12 and over so we took our kids, but after hearing the "F word" 5 times in the first 10 minutes we decided to leave. The other, Havana, was hectic and not that entertaining. The other activities, race cars and laser tag, were exciting.

Very nice cruise. The ship is beautiful and has plenty of dining options.

Over all it was a fantastic time for us. Yes we would do again.

Everything (I mean everything from specialty restaurants to on-board activities like laser tag, go kart etc) are fully booked on Day-1. you need to book restaurants and shows at least 2 months in advance, and get on the ship early and book on-board activities. The ship has simply too many passengers and the "free-style" set up only works for people are planners. If you don't plan ahead, you will be frustrated and disappointed that everything is booked up. Sliding doors require a push of a button which I think is dumb design. They should just have motion sensors. Imagine your hands are full with food and drinks and you need to open the sliding door to get to the pool area.... Gym is rather small (compared to Royal Carribbean). But I think the target customers for NCL are not the gym type, so that might be okay. Water slides are fun, but for some reason, they are not open during the day where we are at-sea.

Cruise great...ports very nice and we had lots of fun...greatly disappointed in staff.

We were traveling with another couple and we both agreed that for a new ship you have several issues that need to be resolved. Crowded elevators and buffets are major along with enough seating for the number of passengers inside when weather is bad; the ship has a funny smell in some of the corridors, our level was one that smelled not fresh. We booked some of our entertainment online before the cruise but the couple we were traveling with did not. They had never had to book in advance on any of the other cruises they had been on, so they were not able to attend with us. We would prefer to take a cruise that spent more time in some of the ports. Alaska is beautiful but we chose the wrong cruise.

We had a great week of abnormally warm and sunny weather on our cruise, with only one day of fog at Sea after leaving Skagway. It was a really pleasurable experience and we want to go back to the Pacific Northwest and Alaska!

Enjoyed our week on the Bliss, if not a mutli-generational group I would tend to go with the smaller ship however. Book all entertainment and specialty restaurants before traveling or at a minimum the day you embark. If you cant get tickets for the entertainment, show up about 10-15 min before show time and anyone can enter after that. Wasn't impressed with either iHavana, Q , or Los lobos. The beatles show was awesome, don't miss it.

This was by far, the BEST ship and vacation my family has ever been on.

Overall this cruise was excellent. We took our 3 kids, their spouses, and our 3 G-kids. They are all still talking about it. The absolutely best trip we have had as a group of 11. Pam Bratcher-our trip planner from America Airlines did an excellent job booking all of the travel plans for us. A huge high 5 to her. We will all remember this trip forever and ever.

Wonderful Breathtaking Not enough time in Juneau - went whale watching didn't see city Skagway - Didn't book train in time - it was sold out Didn't plan an excursion in Victoria so I didn't go downtown

honestly wish we wouldnt have spent so much on this trip it was NOT worth it ...worst value we have EVER encountered on a vacation

Great cruise! Gorgeous ship and the staff/service is excellent! They cater to food allergies wonderfully. Food, restaurants, atmosphere was great! Only negative comment that I have is that the spa was very loud and busy even in the designated quiet areas. Other than that, wonderful time!

Cruise ship is too big which makes it really impersonal if you are not traveling with a group

Wonderful ship but know that there are too many people on board to support their actives and commendations. Plan ahead accordingly.

Great to see there was alot of activity and things to to do on board. Staff was always courteous and accommodating. We had only one issue regarding a nearby service door which slammed very loudly whenever a crew member passed through it, i called front desk and it was remedied the next day. But overall Loved the ship, staff and food. Totally made us happy happy, smily smily to washy washy every day. I never got that lady crew members name at the garden cafe every morning, , but she's a keeper. Definitely will not be our last cruise, well be back! 👍🤙🤙😁

We did not make restaurant reservations anywhere but all the complimentary food was great! Loved the cabin, had 15 pieces of luggage and hid it all except one! Loved the staff, it was the trip of a lifetime! Fav spot was the observation deck on 15. Comfy chairs, great food, drinks and gorgeous scenery. Best vacation.

OVERALL TRIP IS GREAT, EMBARKATION WAS A BREEZE, DISEMBARKATION IS A DIFFERENT STORY TOOK ALMOST A HOUR TO GET OFF LINES SUPER LONG AND NOT MOVING.
