We only had turndown service in our suite 2 of the 7 nights on the ship. Most cruises the past when you arrive back from dinner your room has been cleaned and readied by the steward. Most nights we returned from dinner and found our room just as we left it. We called for our newsletter and ice and it was promptly delivered. Each time our steward asked us if we wanted him to clean the room but we declined. This is very unusual for Norwegian. Usually their staff is exceptional. Not sure what the problem was.

This was our first time on the Bliss since it only went into service in June 2018. The closet was a nice size and had plenty of storage. There was also ample storage in the room under the desk. We also had a mini bar (additional charge) and a coffee maker in the room with complementary coffee as well as an ice bucket which was filled twice a day. We stayed in a balcony suite.

This was our first time to BC. The city is beautiful and exceptionally clean. We only had 6 hours in this port so didn't get to do much. We will definitely be back though when we can spend more time.
