Review summary

I have been on over 30 cruises in my life. This is the first time I’ve ever used Norwegian and ever use them again. It was the worst I have ever been on. I think it is wrong after the rating. It should’ve had 1.0

My husband was on a special diet that they were told before we went. We ordered they said it couldn’t be time that night and they would Try to accommodate us the next time. Not enough variety. The food was not up to standards of other cruise lines. Not just my opinion but a lot of complaints on ship

Didn’t see our cabin boy at all. When you had to ask a question, they would always send you to someone else. No one seem to know what was going on
