Review summary

I have been on over 30 cruises in my life. This is the first time I’ve ever used Norwegian and ever use them again. It was the worst I have ever been on. I think it is wrong after the rating. It should’ve had 1.0

My husband was on a special diet that they were told before we went. We ordered they said it couldn’t be time that night and they would Try to accommodate us the next time. Not enough variety. The food was not up to standards of other cruise lines. Not just my opinion but a lot of complaints on ship

Paid for an excursion. It was horrible. Drove around mostly dark city very little to see

We cruised Alaska on Norwegian Bliss, and could not fault it. We have been on Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Marella but mostly NCL. Almost all cruises might have minor hiccups but accept it and enjoy your cruise.
