I would never recommend this cruise or cruiseline after this experience. You spend thousands of dollars to stand in line the majority of the time. Alaska is beautiful, but find a better cruise to experience it.

Mediocre at best. The buffet was horrible. Savor was good, but not great.

Average cruise activities (games). Pool and racetrack are a waste of space.
Entertainment

Bands were ok except the country one. They only played Fleetwood Mac, it was boring after the 3rd time.
Service and Staff

Staff seems to avoid you so they don't have to work. I have never experienced this on other cruises.
Ship Quality

Womens bathrooms were not maintained at all. Many toilets would not flush. Since they were not attended to the bathrooms smelled of urine.
Stews only clean room once a day. Service is simular to a mid priced hotel at best.
Cabin / Stateroom

Regular balcony stateroom laid out like all other cruiselines.
This port is very underdeveloped. There is not much to do other than the gondolas and look around. However, the time in port is 6am to 12:45 so most things are not even open yet. Again, not a good experience
