When cruising check the ports you will be visiting. If you want a quick on and off at each port and don't want to do some exploring than this cruise is for you. If you want to spend more time at each port than consider another cruise or cruise line

I was on Bliss this past February for a Mexican Riviera cruise and your experience with the service on this ship is identical to mine. I couldn’t get over just how incredibly rude the staff were as a whole. Not warm, not friendly, just ticked off that they had to work. Now, a lot of that attitude apparently came from the fact that the staff and crew are unhappy with the cruise line itself and the sheer amount of work they’re being asked to do - and I do understand. However, the passengers are not the people to take their anger out on, nor is it the appropriate way to handle the situation. And, when I stack my experiences on NCL against those on other lines, including Carnival…NCL stands out as a line I wouldn’t bother trying again. 🤷‍♀️

It’s important to look at the time in port before booking a cruise

Always good advice to know how long you are in port. We choose cruises that have long port times.

Sorry you were not pleased with some of the aspects of your trip. We cruised on NCL and had a wonderful trip. Alaska is so beautiful.

Alaska is so beautiful! Just book another cruise so you can see something different next time.

I'm sure you knew ahead of time how long each stay in port was. Don't blame the cruise line for something you should plan for beforehand.
