Review summary

We would not sail with NCL again. In our opinion the Bliss is not the ship for an ALASKAN Cruise.

Rooms weren't ready for quite some time after embarkation, luggage was delivered very late as well, crew seemed frustrated and unhappy

our biggest frustration was finding a wheelchair for my mother and it wasn't clear what time we had to be off the ship. Finally our room steward asked us when we were leaving and said we needed to get out of the room. It was only 7:30 AM
