Review summary

Service on the Bliss is outstanding. Every staff member greets you. Like I was still it Texas. Since cruising is a hospitality industry, The Bliss could be the standard for other vessels to emulate. Nothing ever felt rote or stained. I know it is their job but they make you feel cared for.

Jhun Agaser - Stateroom Attendant, Ketut Astawa - Butler and Gian Zuasula - Concierge were all outstanding! They each went above and beyond to facilitate my 84 yoear old aunt having an enjoyable cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

Good size. I was under the impression there were two full beds and not one being a convertible. More than adequate in any case. Clean, cozy and comfortable.

Ship tip

Upgrade to the Haven, it is worth it.
