To short times in port. Could not find place to sit in observation lounge. Unable to reach customer service. Food in carving station overcooked. Specialty dining excellent. Crew works very hard. Entertainment very good. I loved Alaska.Embarkation

Too many sales pitches. Passengers in observation deck were rude inconsiderate. I had to sit on the floor as they spread out on couched sleeping
