Overcharged for Husky excursion by $600 after being on the waiting list. Had to spend time in line at guest Services EVERY DAY due to a problem of one sort or another. It took 3 days to get the cabin keys right. Room service was miss charged.Embarkation

They were NOT careful as to placing the charges on the correct person’s charge card. When it was brought to their attention, they refused to correct it until a manager was called.
