Review summary

Overall it was fantastic! The food was incredible and abundant, the onboard activities were fun and entertaining! Stephen in the piano bar was awesome! The only disappointment was Juneau! Not enough time! We booked the city and Mendenhall glacier tour through RCI. The tour was awesome but there was no time to explore or shop in Juneau! You need to allow for more time in the port of Juneau! We loved our cruise and Alaska! Great memories!

Disappointed in the available space and the "pull out bed" was uncomfortable and slanted towards the floor. Poorly designed!

Ship tip

Be patient long lines everywhere you go! Get to on board events early to get a seat!

Exasperating! Conflicting information caused confusion. We were told we had to be out of our room by 8:00 but we were self embarking and Light Blue tag said we didnt have to leave the ship until 9:45. We compromised and left the room at 8:30 and was caught in a long waiting line to disembark. We had hotel reservations near the airport for that evening but could not check in until that afternoon so we were in no hurry to disembark!

If you self disembark (Self Assist) you don't need a tag because you are literally the first one's off the ship because you're taking your own luggage with you. They make numerous announcements that Self Assist needs to leave the ship first thing so as not to cause congestion and block all the other passengers trying to get off and pickup their luggage in the terminal.

Thanks for the positive feedback! Did you have an angled balcony with a photo of it perhaps?
