The views are absolutely beautiful. Going through the Fords is stunning. We did not make it through Edicott Arms due to ice.

Terrible. The shuttle service drops you down the street and you cattle your way to check in. The wheelchair assistance was a disaster.

Not designed for people with limited walking abilities that need to rest along the way. Never enough seating. Observation lounge was filled with window hoggers.

For a solo cabin it was perfect for me. Loved the outside viewing screen. Loved the solo lounge and gatherings.
Ship tip
Save yourself the money on the glacier and whale watch in Juneau. Not worth the money. Bring chapstick because the ship does not sell. Prepare for long lines. Go to observation lounge or outside for viewing your passage through the fords.
Save your money on the whale watch and glacier experience. Not worth it. The sound system was terrible. The staff uninformative. They take you to a known feeding place for one whale that breached about every 8 minutes and you sit there and wait. By the time you get to the glacier you have very minimal time to explore. Horrible excursion.
Cancelled my excursion because of anticipated rain. Had the lumberjack show scheduled. Did get off ship and head to mill where I purchased some nice souvenirs.
