Cruising during spring break is never a good idea. There have been cutbacks on all cruise lines, so I’m not sure you’re going to find much different on others.

Worst ever, based on your two cruises on the same ship? Did you talk to your cabin steward or go to guest services with your concerns? The cabins get cleaned the same, but only once per day.
