Royal Caribbean is a much better cruise line. I even rated Carnival better than this. Maybe it was just a bad week to be on this ship but even many of the employees were frustrated that they were on the ship way past their time they were supposed to be on here. Many were promised to get off on a certain week and due to shortages they could not go home when planned. After 9 months of working all day, every day, I could see this being terrible. Maybe my bad luck but many customers on board during conversations stated that this cruise was not very good. This has nothing to do with how I feel about , they are a great booking company and Becca has always done us right. This was just on Norwegian and on my part for wanting to try something different. Now I know lol. Stay with what you like.

Everything we could. The race track was better than reviews give it, Jersey Boys was good and six was ok. Other than that there was not a lot of onboard activities that were good. Comedians were just ok. Some of the game shows were just blah.

Very few people went out of their way to greet you. Most everyone seemed to be in a bad mood. This is easy to rate since we have been on 10 cruises and even Carnival was better than this cruise.

Ship was clean. Bathroom situation is a terrible design on this ship outside of the staterooms.

It was fine in comparison to other ships. The only issue in our room was that the usb port on one side of the bed did not work so I could not have my phone next to me. The bed has the zipper in the middle of the bed by your feet and that was very uncomfortable.
Ship tip
Not to do it vs. a Royal Carribean. The money was better spent on that cruise line. Also don't waste your money on the early embarkation/disembarkation. Not only I but many were very unsatisfied with this as there is no such thing as early disembarkation. Also the photo packages are extremely ridiculously priced in today's world of digital photography...
I don't waste my money on the overpriced excursions from the ship. Yes they do guarantee you your safety and time to get back on the ship. But I have never had a bad experience booking off the ship as they want repeat business as well and it saves you tons of money. Only thing I wish the ship did was let you know before that you can not bring rocks or shells back on the ship from any port. Terrible communication on the ships part. Made us and many dump any you collect. This does not count for wind chimes just loose stuff you collect. Also remember no matter what the locals say you can not buy any kind of weapon and bring it to the ship. Saw too many people have their stuff collected.
Paid extra money to get off early to get to airport and many complaints as there was no good process for this, terrible training and only thing they told us and many was to write an email when you get home....
