Review summary

The staff on NCL were great, as always. Anthony in Brewhouse was the best entertainer for me. JR, Benjamin, Gede, Ernesto, Candel, Jose, and Ida were all wonderful bartenders. Shannon at CruiseNext was the absolute best. She really helped with checking ALL the cruises I have booked for discounts, increased points, etc.

Room was good size for 1 or 2 persons. I LOVED the window extra space. Probably not supposed to use it as a window seat, but I did and it was great place to relax/read.

Ship tip

Don't forget to check out The District Brewhouse. Great little venue for drinks and listening to music at night.

The river tubing was great. Not enough time at Blue Hole. Lunch included in the tour was only ok. Will choose different tour next time.

Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala

The port itself has a few vendors set up, but you really need to do a tour to see the area. All tours include a VERY long (1+ hour) bus ride so be prepared for that. They are good. The drive through safari had a great zoo include after the drive portion. The Surf and Turf Resort tour I did a previous cruise was wonderful also.

Panama Canal Transit

We went under the Bridge around 10pm last night and did the first set of locks VERY early this morning (like 5am). Great time to have a balcony to watch everything.

My favorite of all the Mexico ports. Great place to find a spot on the beach and just relax.
