Review summary

Great ship, super clean and the staff, food and entertainment were great. Wouldn’t go on this ship again ONLY because of the lack of time in the ports.

Embarkation

Flawless

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Restaurants were wonderful and plenty of variety. Bars were numerous but we were told prior to booking that they had Captain Morgan, which is a big deal to my wife and I because it’s all we drink. We were very unhappy when we got on the ship and we’re told they didn’t carry it.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Jersey Boys was amazing! John J the comedian was so good we saw him three times!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Second to none. Took care of us to the point we felt guilty!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Spotless everywhere even the bathrooms were spotless 24/7

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Good size and the balcony was wonderful

Ship tip

Do not expect to be in any port long enough to enjoy it. They continually shortened the times in each port as our trip approached. Some people had their excursions canceled or moved to 6:00 am because of not enough time.

Ports of call

Only there to get on and off the ship

Sitka, Alaska

Never got to see it. They turned the boat around because of too much floating ice

Icy Strait Point (Hoonah), Alaska

3 out of 5
One more time…. Not enough time to enjoy it

KETCHIKAN (WARD COVE), ALASKA

3 out of 5
Cool town but only got to see half of it because we had to be back by 11:30

Victoria, British Columbia

3 out of 5
Didn’t get in till 8:00pm so it left very little time to do anything

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Took us about 45 minutes to get off the ship. They only had two face scanners to do the whole ship.
