Ummmm... you didn’t expect to be charged for specialty dining? Yes they board by groups. It’s always gone smooth enough for me. Did you expect a red carpet and parting of the people just for you? Judging from this review your decision to never use NCL is a bit harsh and unwarranted but to each their own I suppose.

Blondy there is no word of hate What is that ......🤦🏻‍♂️ No need to make anything up I’ve been on 20 plus cruises with other cruise lines and never experienced what I did with NCL. Go karts? They charge Laser tag? Extra charge Bowling ? Yup they charge Certain shows on board ? You got it they charge I understand paying extra for specialty restaurants and have no problem doing so But was expecting it to be a step above the main dinning room . The ports are beyond amazing and words alone can’t describe and won’t do justice to what my eyes saw! I will deff go back to Alaska as soon as I can Just not with NCL . Everyone is entitled to their opinion based on their own experiences. I’m definitely gonna keep cruising See ya ✌🏻

Sorry to hear you were unhappy. I have done 2 trips with NCL, doing a 3rd in Jan 2020 and I have never been disappointed. My first was on the Bliss.

How were the ports in Alaska? You didn’t list any details on what you did. I can’t imagine being in Alaska and focusing on things that may be wrong with the ship rather than the beautiful scenery in great excursions that are available.
