Very quiet and spacious for a small room. Bed is smaller than the Escape. It works well with giving extra walk around room. The bed is very hard on the back. Get a pillow top and or an egg crate mattress cover. Tv is in an awkward position. Love the tv screen instead of a window by the bed.
