Half the days were sea days, so lots of time relaxing. Food was so good everywhere, not sure we would do the Specialty Restaurants package again.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
This was the best food on any of our 10 cruises. Cagney's and Q were our favorite specialty restaurants.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
All were very good. Painting classes were fun. Escape the Big Top was really good, nobody was able to put all the pieces together and escape.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The FabFourever Beatles performers were our favorites, we caught all 3 of their shows plus the last night recap. Comedians were top notch! Uptown show was also very good. Magician was good, my wife liked the hypnotist Brenda. Jersey Boys was good, but long.....be sure to sign up for early for ALL shows on day 1.
Children's Programs
Retired, no kids with us on this trip.
Service and Staff

Good as usual.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Brand new ship, everything still nice and clean....but very BIG! On sea days, spent most time hanging out on the Waterfront and Observation Lounge.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was nice and very quiet, liked having the closets facing the bed versus opposite the bathroom. Sliding door to the balcony was better design. TV channel selection was good, really liked watching the Wyland channel.
Ship tip
My wife really liked the Sugarcane Mohito Bar, I thought the Atrium Bar had the best margaritas. Daily Sudoku and Crossword are in the library next to Q. Daily crafts, trivia, etc are all in the Atrium.....get there early if you want a comfortable seat.
Port was nice and clean, and right next to the dock was a free Bird Aviary/Sanctuary with countless beautiful parrots, peacocks, toucans, flamingos, etc.....and they even had a couple of anteaters. We could have spent all day there, but we took the NCL excursion that went by the old fort and then to the walled city. We visited the Gold Museum and the Chocolate Museum, views are best if you walk the ramp up to the top of the wall.
They open up the front of the boat for the transit, and it got very crowded. We went through the new canal/locks, a guide narrated the entire transition....very interesting.
We took the NCL bus excursion to the coffee plantation. On the way, stopped by some botanical gardens and then an old church and saw big iguanas and even a sloth up in a tree.
We took the NCL bus excursion that drove past 'ground zero' (of the 2018 volcanic eruption that killed 2,000 and wiped out 2 villages & a golf course) on the way to the Ixchim Mayan Ruins. Interesting to see Mayan decendants still performing ceremonies around altars.
We took the NCL bus excursion to see the (11) cliff divers, and then the guide walked us through the various rooms of the San Diego Fortress (across the street from where the ship docks).
Everyone has to take a tram to the terminal, then we took a short van ride into town for an NCL excursion/walking tour along the coast to see more cliff divers. Some of the prettiest views of the whole trip. (This was the cleanest of all the towns/ports)
Only had a short stay here, so just walked around on our own. Saw lots of pretty fish, and lots of pelicans.....and there was even a big seal swimming around the marina.
