Review summary

15 days flew by. Best restaurant is La Bistro. Public areas of the ship are too cold. 4 out of 6 of us all got colds or coughs. So, take plenty of vitamin C and something warm. Otherwise a nice, modern clean ship.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Couldn’t fault the food in any resturant.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Go karts - but you have to book as soon as you get on the ship. Water slides - but I only did the slow one.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
World class

Children's Programs

No kids with us

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Always there, always attentive

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Common areas are big. Atrium too small , no enough seating. Music at every venue far too loud so avoided those areas. The ship is too cold especially observation lounge. You need a warm coat even though the outside was hot.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Too narrow. Need more drawers. Bed really good. Balcony was always too windy during transit.

Ship tip

Take a warm jacket

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Fort and old town. Guide spoke too much - maybe 10 minutes each stop. Only just made it back to ship in time.

Panama Canal Transit

Yes, with Rudy - private tour - really good

Mazatlan, Mexico

The best stop of all. Quite unexpected. Old, modern, clean, well organised. A place to revisit.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Glass bottom boat. Lovely place, but it is only a marina with shops and restaurants. Enjoyed it.

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California
