Review summary

Beautiful ship....great ports....excellent staff. For Canadians it’s not really cold ....only damp and rainy if you have a rain day! Allow lots of time to get off at ports as it seems a bit time consuming if you were trying to get off within the first hour of docking.

Drinks were 5 star - excellent. Specialty Restaurants were excellent. Savour and Taste dining rooms were very good. Food else where was average - higher quality on Holland America and RCCL - eg No baked Alaska on an Alaskan cruise, cherries jubilee were cold and prepared in the kitchen instead of the Ambiance in front of you. Manhattan Dining room staff are well trained but disorganized as 4 people ask you if you need a beverage, after your order is been taken. Food was cold upon arrival. Would like to see a slower Manhattan dining room atmosphere versus shuffling people in and out to accommodate “any time dining”.

Had a wheelchair accessible balcony cabin excellent location and great size to accommodate disabilities. super clean although would like to see the cabin Stewart’s hang up the occasional sweater which is left out... As they did years ago!

Ship tip

Watch the direction of the fish on the carpet in the hall ways than you know if you’re facing forward or you’re going in the wrong direction

If you want to see glaciers you need to go to glacier national Park otherwise you won’t see much from the cruise is fjord route

Caicos! Massive lineup throughout the hallways everywhere you went was unable to return a scooter to the theatre as you could not get through the lines of people near the elevator/ towards entrance of the theatre. Need to have staff manning the hallways telling people to go find areas to find public areas to sit - bars, restaurants etc. Perhaps have people assigned to their muster stations until they are disembarkment colour is called
