Review summary

Our cabin steward was amazing but that's the only positive.

I upgraded to a suite and paid over $6,000 for it, when I get to the room its a regular room with a small table and a couch pushed up against the wall. I was ripped off, didn't get any of the amenities AA promised I would and I am unsatisfied at the highest level. The cruise was pitched to me in such a positive fashion but I was truly ripped off.

Don't be tricked into a "suite" and you end up in a "mini suite" for the same price. I'm disgusted at AA that this was not brought to my attention.

Ship tip

Be prepared for poor entertainment. If you order a birthday cake don't do it on the last day, it wont show up.

Who made all that promisses? and did you check your cabin on HAL website? You need to check everything by yourself to avoid surprises.
