Review summary

First time to ever go on a cruise and fortunately for me, it was with Holland America. I never felt so pampered, felt so special, and so taken care of than while I was on board the MS Noordam, from waiters to cabin boys, the front desk staff and the whole sailng crew.

I salute the waiters at the Dining Room and the Lido Restaurant. Kudos to the front desk staff also! Never want to miss the cabin boys who constantly kept my stateroom tidy morning and night.

Very clean, the whole maintenance staff are always on the go, constantly cleaning every nook and corners of the ship. Holland America indeed cares for the well-being of their guests!

Love my cabin boys, Oki & Yuda. I would always come back to my cabin in awe even for a short time. The team kept my room so tidy and clean during the duration of this cruise. Kudos to them!

Ship tip

If you are traveling with a group of friends, it's advisable to have assigned seatings at the dining room. Don't have to wait for your turn to be seated.
