Review summary

Service was not as good as I have encountered on other cruise lines. There was no one in the buffet to help my brother who was in a wheel chair. There was no waiter by the pool area and very rarely in the Casino to get us drinks. The service in the dining room was top notch but everywhere else seemed to be lacking! The destination was great. Alaska was beautiful.

Ricky and IP were our waiters and they were fabulous. Service in other areas was lacking.

Room was small for 4 people and our cabin boy was not the best. Didn't vacuum very well. Also a bottle of champagne went missing from our room and when asked, he didn't know anything about it.
