Review summary
HAL has lost its finer touch, ever since the Carnival Line bought it. Bingo pot is 1/10 of what it used to be. What ever happened to the soups - they were spectacular - now they are pretty much non-existent. Peanuts are stale. Design of the Crow's Nest leaves much to be desired. Events are double booked in the same physical area - too loud to participate in one only. NOTES was cancelled even tho there were eight signed up - no-shows resulted in our not being able to participate. Excursions are more expensive and less interesting. That said, we are closing in on earning five stars so we will probably continue - but we're inclined to explore Celebrity. BTW great Captain - excellent driving in rough seas!Embarkation
