Crew worked hard to make all passengers feel at home. Food was very good with a good variety of choices. Pinnacle Rest. was worst dining experience on the ship--over rated!!!

Host--Olivia was superb
Reye --server at the Ocean Bar remembered names and drink orders
Asst Maitre D-- Andrie was outstanding. He made everyone feel like they were a guest in his home,
Betty Ann--- Cruise director added NO VALUE, just read from her notes and provided no helpful tidbits about the next port,etc.
Cabin attendants Putra and Hary were great!!!

Get better info from HAL. Mask policy optional or required?, no ATM on board, no check cashing but a draw on credit card, cost of laundry bag at any time as opposed to last week of cruise.
Worst Hop On, Hop Off experience we have ever had. First time driver, did not call out the stops--audio, map and numbers at stops were not in sync. We tried to get a refund but were denied. A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
