This was our first cruise since Covid & we were glad to be back sailing. It was not the cruise we had originally booked in January 2020 but we enjoyed our time.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Embarkation was great, I think mainly because of the reduced number of passengers
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The main dining room didn't meet with our expectations. I had a difficult time finding something I wanted to eat. The Tamarind, Pinnacle Grill, & Canaletto were as expected - very good. I am allergic to seafood & fish so didn't go to Rudi’s Sel de Mer.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The Hydro-pool was a wonderful experience.
Entertainment
We did not attend any of the shows. The only one I wasn'ted to attend was Lincoln Center & it was always scheduled during dinner.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff were wonderful as they have always been. The Neptune Concierge Vini & Louisa were so helpful to us. Our room stewards Tama & Kevin were great.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
I would rate the Cleanliness as 5-star, but I am not enamored of the design.
Cabin / Stateroom

Ours was a Neptune Suite. The first time we have stayed in one. It was great!
Oslo is a beautiful & clean city & I enjoyed the overview we got on our excursion. Our guide however was not particularly good. He tried to take us on another excursion which we did not sign up for. We did get to the sites we were supposed to go to but because of his taking us somewhere we should not have gone we didn't have the time at the sites that we should have had.
We had a tour of Hamburg & then went to the Neuengamme Concentration Camp. I am glad we went. Unfortunately our guide was a French speaker who moved to Germany & was speaking English. She was very difficult to understand. The other issue I had was that we were fed lunch at a restaurant but could not say anything about what we were having. I had to walk away from my table because I cannot have sauerkraut. If they had only asked about food issues I would have let them know.
Visby is definitely a jewel. I so enjoyed visiting this Swedish island south of Stockholm. It is a lovely, there are 92 medieval churches on the island. Simply beautiful gems. Definitely would go back if I ever get the chance.
