ON YOUR SECOND DAY TAKE TIME TO TOUR THE WHOLE SHIP. IT WILL TAKE A FEW HOURS BUT IT'S WORTH THE TIME. FROM THE CROWS NEST ON DECK 11 TO THE MANHATTAN DINING ROOM ON DECK 2, THERE IS SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO. COOKING DEMOS, POOLSIDE ACTIVITIES, LATE NIGHT DINING. IT HELPS TO PLAN ACTIVITIES IN ADVANCE

Since the cabins are relatively small, get a room with a deck so you have the feeling of a slightly bigger living space.

If you have Open Seating. Request a table for 4 or 6. There are so many people aboard the ship with many interesting stories.

If you have as you wish dining make your reservations when you get to your cabin. We were traveling with another couple and we were able to reserve the same table for four at the same time for the week. We were able to get to know the waiters and wine steward and it made for a very enjoyable time.

We had As you wish dining. We went to the main dining room about 15 minutes before or after 7 each night. Never waited in line.

We made table reservations as soon as we came aboard, table of six, and met some very interesting people. Dining room got noisy, sometimes hard to carry on a conversation. Pinnacle Restaurant was a wonderful experience for a special occasion. Lido breakfast made to order items served fast and good

Watch for the hidden fees and realize every use of your card to pay has a fee added and that is double tipping when charging each person in a cabin a daily fee. Go to guest services and ask for your tip fee back and give your help cash.

Do not take a cruise on this ship unless you are old and are not concerned about keeping active. Sit and read a book.

Try to eat at the other restaurants onboard! The food is amazing and fun to try something different. For example, I had Peking Duck for the first time in the Tamarind. The additional charge is not that much for the quality of food you will be eating.
