Review summary

I feel that they put money over satisfaction. Need more staff to wait on people. I would have rather they cancel cruise then go on only 1 engine. They could not put stabilizers out due to slow speed so very rough ride. Skipped the 1 port I really wanted to see, Turks and Cacios . It was the main reason I chose this cruise line. Never again.

They left dock with only 1 engine working. Ride was terrible. Unable to make port of call.

Its a cool place with the forts and history. Again with going out with only 1 engine, they cut the dockbtime we were supposed to get.

Nothing to do but lay out on chairs. I did not meet 1 nice person on this stop. Everyone from waiters, bar tenders and other service people acted like they hated their jobs.

Getting off board was good but they damaged my luggage and I saw the lady next to me say they damaged hers as well

Sorry there were issues. All cruise lines miss ports from time to time for various reasons - mechanical, medical, political, weather or other issues. As stated in the cruise contract everyone agrees to when booking, the ports or itinerary are not guaranteed. Hopefully you had a good comprehensive travel insurance policy that compensated you for the missed ports and itinerary change.
