Holland America is the only way for me as they have the best food and service, I always enjoy this cruise line after trying others.

Food was so good and just the right amount, we tried room service but found out the food was not as good due to some of it being cold. Dining room food was excellent.

Disappointed in the ships stage shows compared to other Holland America ships that I have cruised on. Also the slots in the casino were not very good considering this is a newer ship then the others that I have been on.

Service and Staff

Holland America has the best crew possible on all of their ships. The Neptune lounge crew could not do enough for you. Everyone else was so friendly and helpful.

The ship was awesome and a pleasure to walk around, no matter where you went you would see crew cleaning and polishing.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was in top condition, enoyed the wrap around balcony and being AFT . Separated dressing room was great and having the extra room in the Neptune Suite, this is going to be hard not to get an suite again for future cruises.
