First cruise, so glad we did it with Holland America. There was not one thing that was disappointing, Holland America truly wants you to have a Fantastic Experience .

We were on Nieuw Amsterdam in March 2018. Loved it. Our cabin steward always greeted us by name when he saw us and asked how our day was at the different ports. Cabin always spotless and never had to ask for anything. Food was absolutely delicious. Love how they serve you at buffet and they are so friendly and always smiling. Burgers at the Dive-in were the best we ever had anywhere. Would definitely love to go back on Nieuw Amsterdam. Geared towards an older crowd so no loud music at pool area. That was great.
