5th floor reminded me of Old Vegas and was to congested. Entertainment needs to be spread around the ship.

The crew was some of the best. Always attentive. I just did not care for the physical size of the ship

If you don't want a large ship with huge crowds and long waiting times then this ship is for you. It is clean, friendly, entertaining, fun. You won't lose your kids or your spouse and will see many of the same people over the coarse of your cruise which was nice for conversation.

I think the ship needs some upgrades. Carpet not good, some of the furniture not very appealing, such as in the casino. The gold chairs all had blacken stains, perhaps from the smoking.

Make sure to check out the piano player at the piano bar. He was AMAZING!!!!

VERY IMPORTANT for first timers is that even the they list that boat ARRIVES back in port at 5:30 am, you can't leave the boat until about 6:30 at the earliest and THEN you have to go through customs. Why they think we should care when the boat arrives when we can't get off of it is beyond me?

Reserve your deck chairs by 9am, but make sure you use them as well as they will be used by others if you are not on them. Waiters wonderful so ask for what you want. They work very hard.

Bernadette was able to locate a chair for our balcony so we could have 3 chairs. She was excellent!

Use lanyards for your sea pass cards, much easier when you need to show them

Be sure to play mini golf, try the flow rider and go to the shows!

If you are a wine lover, I would recommend at least the premium beverage package and go to the wine bar Vintages. Great selection of wine.

You should offer the photos that were taken on the ship online so we could choose them. We had no time the day we left to view them and didn't take the time at other times. We just wanted to enjoy the ship, the balcony, the events, the food etc. Loved it

Relax and have fun! But avoid the shopping on the trip during peak times. It is so crowded that you can barely move. Go super early during sales or at the end of the scheduled times. They aren't going to run out of items to purchase.
