Review summary
The overall cruise was okay, I have had better. The entertainment and main dinning hall could have and should have been better. I had to contact customer support several times prior to the cruise for ?? or unable to print documents that I need from the Royal Caribbean website. The information given to me by customer support was incorrect and did not appreciate the wrong information or being lied too when I found out when I got on the cruise. Stopping at Labadee, Haiti was the highlight of the cruise. I will give Royal and great big 10 for what they did here and this is a must see stop. You cannot take this through the other cruise companies because is Royal's private island stop for 1 ship. After 9 cruises, Labadee is the best stop we have ever been on by far. Royal needs to pick up there game or the will be left behind by Carnival because I was actually having a hard time finding fun stuff to do on the cruise.

Ship tip
5th floor reminded me of Old Vegas and was to congested. Entertainment needs to be spread around the ship.
