a huge beautiful ship. Many amenities offered. However, the staff was not as friendly and as helpful as I known to be with all previous RC cruises.

This was our first cruise, taken to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. It was a dream of his --- to take a cruise and I had always resisted it. It just never appealed to me at all. But, I figured I needed to do this for him for his birthday so I booked it and off we sailed. Well, from the first moment until the very last, we were just totally pleasantly surprised. Our stateroom was lovely and the overall impression of the ship was that it was awesome in size, amenities, --everything. It was pristinely clean and orderly and all the people who waited on us were amazing. Not once did we encounter a bad attitude or a less than helpful attendant. They were just terrific --- each and every one -- from the dining room waiters and assistants to our stateroom attendant. It was definitely a 10 on 10 experience. I am now totally hooked and ready to go again - asap!!!

We had a wonderful cruise, and can hardly wait to do it again.

This was my first time cruising with Royal Caribbean International and I'll have to say that it was more than what I expected. The service was remarkable, from the stateroom attendant to the waiters. The 'Navigator of the seas' left me astonished. The dinning room was incredibly gorgeous, the pool area, the elevators, the Royal Promenade, my cabin, etc. I could go on forever talking about this unforgettable experience. I defenitely recommend this Cruise line and especially the ship to anyone who is looking for a memorable vacation.

This has been my favorite ship of the 3 cruises I have been on. Good value for the price ... I was pleased with everything. Good entertainment, great food and plenty to do.

VERY NICE .VERY FRIENDLY

The ship was very clean, all of the staff was very nice and helpful. We found that if you wanted to relax you could always find a nice quiet spot but if you were in the mood to party there was always something going on! We have been on several other cruises I think this was the best yet!

The ship was beautiful and clean...We were very impressed.....a lot bigger than we expected !!!!

We were amazed at the first glimpse of the ship, she is awesome. The ice skating was a first for us, we really enjoyed that. The night clubs were awesome as was the mardi gras. The service was excellent all over the ship. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This was our first cruise on RC and it was indeed a pleasure.

First of all, Navigator of the Seas is an amazing giant ship. It was impressive from the outside and even more inside. Even watching from Fort Lauderdale airport, some miles away, it was huge. Lots of activities available. The four nights cruise was the exact measure. There were so many activities in the ship that my wife and me went to bed at 2 a.m. every night! Once we are Brazilians, we appreciated to have other Brazilian people to talk on the dinning table. Small things that make the difference. Everything was wonderfull, except for the waiters in the bars. I had the impression that most of them were sick and tired of all that tourists. I had a discussion with one of them in the very first hour I was in the ship, in the sky bar. I did not know they charge for sodas in the ship and his way of explain that point was very rude. There are things that are obvious to them that are not for us that are for the first time in a cruise ship. After get used to that, we enjoyed very much the cruise. It was unforgetable and we want that all again and again.

The ship was very easy to get around, sometimes it takes 3-4 days to know your way around, however, the way is designed it was easy to get around.

The ship was beautiful and kept extremely clean. The ship staff (especially Stateroom Attend. and Waiter and Assist. Waiter) were EXCELLENT! Being our first cruise we needed frequent assistance and they were always willing to help with a smile. Hint: Get a stateroom with a balcony, it's worth the extra money. BRAVO!!

Great vacation experience, 4th time on a Royal Caribbean ship.

The ping pong tornament and the minature golf tornament were poorly handled and people got mad because of the unnessasery wait between rounds.

Enjoyable. Thoroughly enjoyed the ice show. The comedian was also excellant. I liked the information parts of the shoppng show but I would not recommend the shopping card that is sold for 25 dollars. The dining room expericence was great because we met some new friend. The food was very good and you good order as much as you wanted to. Enoyed the pool area the last day back. Very relaxing.

The ship was absolutely beautiful. Service was great. Food was pretty bad.

This was our first cruise and we loved it. We were always hesitant thinking we would be trapped and bored on a ship.....wrong. This ship was enormous! There was so much to do! In fact, when docked in Cozumel we only went ashore for 1-2 hours and returned to have the near empty ship to ourselves. Drinks were very reasonably priced....I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for a beer and bottle of wine. They were considerably cheaper than hotel prices.

We sailed on Navigator of the Seas & the ship itself is breathtaking! There is so much to do and not enough time. The food and restaurants were great. We especially enjoyed the Promenade with the shops, bars, coffee shop and wonderful parades. The entertainment was excellent and the Ice Show an absolute treat. When the cruise ended they had to drag me off the ship!!!

This was our first cruise and wow, it was beyond our expectations. We can't wait to go again.
