The ship was absolutely beautiful. Service was great. Food was pretty bad.

Food and Dining

Food was poorly prepared. I was shocked at how bad it was. I had expected a lot better. I have sailed 12 times with Carnival and have had so many people telling me to sail Royal Caribbean. As far as variation and quality of food, Carnival wins hands down.

Staff was excellent. All we had to do was ask for something, and it was taken care of.

Cabin / Stateroom

Room was a catagory E2 Balcony room, which gave us extra room. The room was nice, but the pillows are pitiful. Flat and hard. Not comfortable at all.

Cozumel is such a fun place to visit. We have been 8 or 9 times, and love it more each time we visit. The shopping is fun. The people are gracious. Lots of variety of things to do there. Beautiful beaches, fun places to eat. Carlos & Charlies is a blast. Our favorite port.
Don't Miss: shopping, water sports, Carlos & Charlie's
