We had a most unpleasant experience with your photographer Maxi and like to file a formal appeal to seek redress. By chance we strolled into her black/white studio, after we took a simple $60 digital photo outside. Thinking it was the same company, we assume the cost could not be too prohibitive. Maxi proceeded to take multiple photos without mentioning the $1k package; although we made it clear we were only interested in one couple photo to commemorate our 39th wedding anniversary - similar to the color version we took outside by her colleague. It was only on second day she mentioned about the $1000 to $3000 package. We were caught by surprise and felt compelled to buy the cheapest package as she had already done some work. The album finally delivered to us was smaller than the one she showed us and the photos are not to our expectation. We were not dressed for the expensive shoot, and did not have enough time to select the right pictures. It was all done in a big rush. We believe the album was not worth the $1000 and we felt cheated by such unethical sale tactics. Hope Royal Caribbean review this case and give us reasonable refund. We felt deeply disappointed and upset with an otherwise a perfect holiday. Looking forward to your reply.

Best cruise ever. Great staff and atmosphere, very upbeat.

This was a very enjoyable cruise for my daughter(15 years old) and I. There were plenty activities for teen kids.

Everything from staff and cabin experiences were great. Some great shows though The food could be more of a variety for the main lunch portion of the day on the top deck. There were many choices and the food was not great. Everyday we just ate pizza which was great but it would of been nice to change that.

The Navigator of the Seas was recently refurbished and looks amazing. The new water slides are great. They offer an Escape room and laser tag on board which is different. The casino slot machines are limited and doesn't pay out except the Wheel of fortune machines. Definitely try Jamie's Kitchen. The food is amazing.

I travelled with a friend and my 3 Children and we really enjoyed everything and will have more family and friends join us next year

This cruise consisted of a beautiful ship, renovated perfectly to appeal to millennial cruisers that like to feel connected, despite the age of the ship. It ties in fantastic activities with equally worthwhile service, food, and decor.

Wonderful Southern Caribbean cruise with 4 days at sea.

We had a wonderful 9 day cruise only rained one night. Make sure to look in the ocean for both dolphins and flying fish on travel days we saw some and it was awesome. Loved our evening dining room server because the service was awesome and the staff very pleasant became good friends with them reminded me of our grown sons polite and hard working but personable.

Navigator was a beautiful ship. We had a great time!

Overall excellent experience. Embarkation process seamless. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours, and we just barely got on the ship on time. But there was an available RC bus at the airport to take us to the port. Were we ever relieved!

The ship was just refurbished in what I consider good taste. Besides Miami all the ports were new to me which made the cruise that much more enjoyable. Went to the shows each night. Good entertainment! Don't miss the Ice Skating Show.

I think I've said everything in my comments previously. I recommend everyone should try cruising at least once. There were a few things that seemed a bit off this time and I typically recommend Royal Caribbean as I've no reason to recommend any other lines being that all of my previous cruises were almost flawless but that was before this cruise. I'd still recommend RC but this experience sort of makes me want to at least explore other lines. Overall, I had a wonderful time and I'd do it again.
