This was a great first experience. I did not get seasick.

This was my first cruise and it was amazing. Thank you Royal Caribbean for making it unforgettable. I definitely want to book my next cruise with you guys.

If was great to get away, would do it again but different ship. However I would felt I paid extra for unnecessary stuff. The beverage package, drinks were watered down and only 1 alcoholic beverage at a time. Really when you have long lines of people.

Overall, we were happy with the Navigator of the Seas. However, the experience on this cruise did not live up to prior experiences with Royal Caribbean or Norwegian in terms of food and drink. Coco Cay definitely added to the value of this cruise.

Outside of the mixed drinks being very water down tasting, all in all was not bad.

Would love to repeat this experience soon and often.

We had a most unpleasant experience with your photographer Maxi and like to file a formal appeal to seek redress. By chance we strolled into her black/white studio, after we took a simple $60 digital photo outside. Thinking it was the same company, we assume the cost could not be too prohibitive. Maxi proceeded to take multiple photos without mentioning the $1k package; although we made it clear we were only interested in one couple photo to commemorate our 39th wedding anniversary - similar to the color version we took outside by her colleague. It was only on second day she mentioned about the $1000 to $3000 package. We were caught by surprise and felt compelled to buy the cheapest package as she had already done some work. The album finally delivered to us was smaller than the one she showed us and the photos are not to our expectation. We were not dressed for the expensive shoot, and did not have enough time to select the right pictures. It was all done in a big rush. We believe the album was not worth the $1000 and we felt cheated by such unethical sale tactics. Hope Royal Caribbean review this case and give us reasonable refund. We felt deeply disappointed and upset with an otherwise a perfect holiday. Looking forward to your reply.

Best cruise ever. Great staff and atmosphere, very upbeat.

This was a very enjoyable cruise for my daughter(15 years old) and I. There were plenty activities for teen kids.

Everything from staff and cabin experiences were great. Some great shows though The food could be more of a variety for the main lunch portion of the day on the top deck. There were many choices and the food was not great. Everyday we just ate pizza which was great but it would of been nice to change that.

The Navigator of the Seas was recently refurbished and looks amazing. The new water slides are great. They offer an Escape room and laser tag on board which is different. The casino slot machines are limited and doesn't pay out except the Wheel of fortune machines. Definitely try Jamie's Kitchen. The food is amazing.

I travelled with a friend and my 3 Children and we really enjoyed everything and will have more family and friends join us next year

great cruise, grat ship, great ports. and cruise only great , hats off to katia speller she was graet. will use her again.

overall great experience. Only negative was amount of children on board.
