RC is a good cruise line, but they need to improve in the mentioned areas.

I did not like the fact there were people grabbing your luggage from you and then expecting a specific amount as tip. My father tipped a guy (with a white shirt) 5$ for literally moving his suitcase 10 feet from him. The guy looked at the money with disgust and whispered "cheap bastard" to my father.

Some activities were maxed out before we got onboard, so we couldn't enjoy them.

This section is a 10 star. Their entertainment was excellent and so was their shows.

I only got to see my 15 year old at dinner time. I guess that's good?!

Only one officer would have ruined my experienced, but she was dealt with. Everyone else were excellent.
