We were very pleased with RCCL and booked 2 more cruises while on board.

Embarkation

Check in was terrible. It normally takes me 15 minutes from dropping my luggage to eating at the Windjammer. It took over an hour to make it on board with no special boarding for Diamond members.

The dining was great as it should be. The only complaint I have is that it was hard to get lemon for my ice tea at lunch.

With the new remodel there is a lot of things to do including the water slide.

The staff was always willing to help in any way they could and always were friendly.
