Review summary

Everyone was so kind, but a "shout out" to our cabin steward Kerrylee and our server in Jamie's, Louise. Both were always smiling and seemed to genuinely care our happiness. While the food, drinks, entertainment, and amenities on board were all top notch, it was the friendliness of the staff all around the ship that will keep us coming back to RCL.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
With all the documents in hand, the process is a breeze! No more than 15 minutes from taxi to sipping cocktails by the pool!!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
All of the food was excellent, though I have call out El Loco Fresh. For a complimentary option, it was delicious! A wonderful option for a poolside lunch/snack (instead of the usual hotdogs and burgers)!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Everything offered was wonderful. My only complaint is that with the cooler/more unpredictable weather of the Pacific Ocean, I would like to see more indoor activities offered. When the weather turned chilly and the pool wasn't an option, it got a bit boring.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The comedian was great, and the ice skating show is not to be missed. The magician was just so-so.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
My twelve year old like the teen club when open.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Fantastic! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got exactly what we wanted. I felt as though everyone was truly happy to be back cruising,

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
A easy mid-size ship to navigate (no pun intended).

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Perfect for our needs, however the flush on the toilet was a bit temperamental and a drawer of the desk would not pull out (though not bothersome enough to complain to the staff about). Age of the ship, I guess.

Ship tip

If sailing on the Pacific coast, bring layers and don't expect everyday to be a pool day.
