Overall we had a great time the staff in the ship were absolutely wonderful would highly recommend it to anyone we've did learned a lot about disembarkment for next time we had never been on a cruise before Lessons Learned

Supposed to check in for 11 a.m. we just sat there everybody no one went ahead of us until almost 1PM no explanation of what was going on

The main dining room Elegant and professional the Windjammer Buffet we're very attentive to what we liked and did everything they could to accommodate us

The solarium was nice the main pool was too noisy and too many children for our taste we do not use the Flowrider or the climbing wall

The entertainment was outstanding the Latin band The Rock Band was fantastic the stage shows were very entertaining and the ice show was wonderful

Every contact I had with the ship staff were absolutely wonderful very accommodating very pleasing they tried their best to do everything for us

The ship was very clean my only issue is the layout they put the casino in the middle of deck4 if you wanted to go from one end to the ship to the other on deck for you had to go to the casino it had a very heavy smell of cigarette smoke. So we cannot go in the casino at all after the first time

The size comfort in cleanliness of the cabin was perfect for us
It would have helped if the terminal had told us they were three carousels we did not know that we waited at the first Carousel for over an hour before someone mentioned that there was a second and third Carousel we found your luggage on the 3rd carousel
