Old ship, poor food but specialty restaurants were good. Cigarette odors near crew cabins on walking deck. Next door cabin would not turn off balcony light after midnight. Should be someway to do it for them!

I loved this ship and it was in fine condition when on it 2016 maybe you should find a nonsmoking cruise!

We've been on Navigator twice and we're going again next year. Obviously we didn't like it lol.

And I am pretty picky about that and food and the food was good.

Do your research...it is going to be refurbed January 2019. We were on it in March 2017 and it was a very good condition.

As I recall Deck 4 port (maybe starboard, side I can't remember) is the passenger allowed smoking area. We avoid this area and the casino when heading to certain areas of the ship.
