We arrived around 3 which was apparently a little late but to our advantage there were non lines. We got on the boat fast and easy

Dining rooms and buffets were clean and beautiful. The servers were helpful, funny and personable. The food was delicious. Sorrocco and Noel were amazing hosts in the dining room!!!

We saw the Beatles show that was so much fun to sing along with and the band was very entertaining. The professional ballroom dancers were beautiful. Both comedians were hilarious and I would love to see them again.

Room 6502 I loved to have a window and be able to see sunshine and the front of the boat. Bed was very comfortable, the cabin was super clean. My only complaint would be that the blankets on the bed are pilling

I want to see everything but this is not a destination I would want to return to. All the shops had the same merchandise but everyone is trying to sell it to you at different prices. The sales people are annoyingly aggressive. The beach had a lot of seaweed and smelled like fish. The food was bland. The servers of the drinks were AMAZING, you never had to wait!!!!

We visited the forum shops and they were very disappointing. The same merchandise we saw at costa maya was also here. Same aggressive sales people. Wanted to purchase a beautiful ruby ring but they asked for a rediculous price and when I tried to leave they went down over $100. The shops shelves are dusty and dirty like they have just been sitting for years. We did the Jeep excursion to the beach. The jeeps are dirty and seem to have maintenance issues because tons of dashboard lights were on including tires and engine. But they did get us to and from safely. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful and he genuinely cared about what he was showing us. They took us to a beautiful beach to snorkel for my first time and I enjoyed it. My brother ate at the buffet and did not feel well afterwards.
