Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
In main dining room, Sergiy and his assistant were absolutely the best!!! We all fell in love with Sergiy as he made us feel so special. Visit to Giovanni’s Italian was very nice. Staff and food were both exceptional.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Enjoyed pools and decks.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Loved ice show and both comedians.

Service and Staff

Wait staff, especially Sergiy in Saphire Dining Room, was beyond exceptional. Bartenders everywhere were great!!

Cabin / Stateroom

When we arrived to our room, there was a wet spot near the door outside of the bathroom. It was reported and maintenance came as we were exiting the room. Unfortunately it did not appear that it was corrected. As the days went on, the musty, moldy smell grew. Other than that the room was nice.

Ports of call

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

3 out of 5
Unfortunately our snorkeling excursion was canceled due to wind. The port was very touristy so we spent an hour or two there and then returned to the ship to enjoy sunbathing.

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Excellent snorkeling excursion there, 3 Reefs. Port shopping was great and ate lunch at Margaritaville. It was spectacular!!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
For the amount of clients, was very pleased with the efficiency.
